What we do

Support shaped to the season you are in.

Choose one path or combine a few. Everything below flexes to your pace, and nothing is a program you are locked into finishing.

Emotional growth coaching

Steady one-to-one work that turns insight into habits you can actually keep, built around your values and your pace.

  • Personalised reflection prompts and check-ins
  • Boundary and feedback practice that sticks
  • Progress you can measure, not just feel

Disability access advocacy

Practical help proving status and reaching the accommodations, services, and benefits you are entitled to.

  • Documentation and application guidance
  • Plain-language benefits navigation
  • Self-advocacy coaching for tricky conversations

Loss and life transition

A calm companion through grief, caregiving, and the in-between seasons, holding logistics so you can hold what matters.

  • Grief companioning at your own pace
  • Practical planning and coordination
  • Gentle family and caregiver support

Small group circles

Quiet, facilitated gatherings for people moving through similar seasons, with feedback that is safe and guided.

  • Six to eight people, never a crowd
  • Moderated, values-led conversation
  • Optional and skippable, always
How it works

Four steps, no fine print.

You can step back, slow down, or stop at any point. Freedom to choose is built into every stage.

Step 01

A quiet call

Tell us a little about where you are. No script, no pressure, no obligation to continue.

Step 02

A shaped plan

We sketch a small, flexible plan around your goals. You can adjust or skip any part of it.

Step 03

Steady sessions

We meet at your pace, in the format that works for you, and adjust as life changes.

Step 04

You carry it forward

We design for the day you no longer need us. The habits and access stay yours.

Common questions

Good to know before we begin.

Do I have to commit to a long program?
No. We work in small, flexible blocks. You can pause or stop whenever you need to, and we will help you find a soft landing if our work together ends.
Can sessions happen remotely?
Yes. We meet by phone, video, or in person around Calgary. We will choose the format that is most accessible and comfortable for you.
Is the access advocacy only for formal cards?
Not at all. We help with documentation, benefits, accommodations, and the everyday conversations that come with proving your needs to others.
What if I am not sure which path I need?
That is what the first call is for. We will listen, ask a few gentle questions, and help you find a starting point that feels right.

Not sure where to start?

Begin with one conversation. We will help you find the smallest useful next step.
